CA Varun Tanwar

A Chartered Accountant with 8+ years of corporate finance experience, including senior finance leadership and a board directorship at a venture-backed technology company, where he built and managed the entire finance function from the ground up.

His experience spans structured MIS and investor reporting, fundraising support across multiple rounds, financial due diligence, debt structuring, and board-level financial presentations. He has also cleared the CFA Programme levels with the CFA Institute.

He founded Tanwar & Associates on a simple conviction — growing businesses deserve more than a compliance vendor. They deserve a finance partner who thinks like a CFO and can translate numbers into decisions.
